Generate Meal Plan

Meal plan generation requires calculated macro targets. Supported range is 1,500 kcal (male) or 1,200 kcal (female) up to 6,000 kcal. For targets outside this range contact [email protected] for coaching support.

Your generated meal plan is a personalised daily structure built to your exact macro targets. It is designed to be followed consistently for a minimum of two weeks and up to six weeks before recalibrating. Consistency over that period is what produces meaningful, measurable results.
